Industrial dismantling
It doesn’t matter if the system is electrical, mechanical, hydraulic… we’re familiar with every piece in each system, and we use a rigorous process with a tried-and test success rate that’s been refined over 35 years.
Dismantling begins with the wiring system, where we mark and note down every cable before disconnecting them from the system and storing them in perfect order in drawers.
Our marking and disconnection method is 100% reliable and fast. It allows us to reduce disconnection and subsequent connection times, and eliminate damage and mishaps caused by incorrect wiring.
Once the electrics have been dismantled, we move on to the mechanics: structures, rails, flooring, sections of machinery…
A painstaking inventory of each part and component is then carried out and they are methodically stored so that the subsequent assembly can be carried out as fast and reliably as possible.
Packaging and transportation
Packing machine parts requires different processes depending on the type of machine, its volume, weight distribution etc. It all depends on the destination and method of transport – whether by land, air or sea.
This process is very delicate, but we have honed our working methods to rule out setbacks, and this include constantly tracking the load.
Once at the destination, we start the reverse process: unloading, unpacking, assembling the machinery and wiring, and starting the machines up.
Industrial assembly
Thanks to our years of experience, unpacking and assembly times at the new location are minimum.
This is the stage at which most companies run into problems, but our finely honed work processes allow for a quick and smooth reassembly.
During this stage, we work as meticulously as possible, analysing each piece to check if it’s been damaged by time or use.
In this way, we take advantage of the assembly process to check your machines are working at full capacity and like new.
Start-up
Our job isn’t done until you’re up and running again.
For this reason, in the start-up stage, we check that everything runs like clockwork and will not disrupt your plans and objectives.
Working closely with the operators of the machinery or industrial process, our mechanical and electrical supervisor will coordinate a start-up, which will involve all the staff who will later continue with production.
Naturally, if required, we offer a post-assembly maintenance service, putting our experience and continuous training at your disposal.
